It has been reported today that Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell are engaged!
They have been dating for approximately 4 years .
This is Paul's 3rd marriage, and Nancy's 2nd.
Paul's first wife of 29 years, Linda Eastman McCartney, died of breast cancer in 1998.
Paul entered into a brief but ill fated marriage with Heather Mills in 2002, which ended in divorce in 2008
( the couple separated in 2006).
Paul has 5 children- Heather, 49, whom he adopted upon his marriage to Linda (Heather is Linda's child from a previous marriage); Mary 42 ; Stella 40; and James 34, all from his marriage with Linda.
He also is father to Beatrice, 8, from his marriage with Heather Mills.
Nancy was married to Bruce Blakeman for 23 years, divorcing in 2007.
She has one son, Arlen, who is 19 years old and currently enrolled in college.
